Economic and Industrial Democracy is an international, quarterly published, peer reviewed journal that focuses on the study of initiatives designed to enhance the quality of working life through extending the democratic control of workers over the workplace and the economy.

Educational Management Administration & Leadership (EMAL) is a peer reviewed journal that publishes original contributions on educational management, administration and leadership in the widest sense. EMAL is published 6 times a year and edited by Tony Bush, University of Warwick. EMAL is covered by the Social Science Citation Index, Journal Citation Report-Social Science edition, Impact Factor pending.

The European Journal of Industrial Relations, edited by Richard Hyman, is the principal English-language forum for the analysis of key developments in European industrial relations and their theoretical and practical implications. EJIR is essential reading for both academics and practitioners concerned with current and emergent trends in industrial and employment relations in Europe and elsewhere.

The European Management Journal (EMJ) is a generalist, academic review covering all fields of management including, but not limited to business ethics, business strategy, entrepreneurship & innovation, information systems, international business & cross-cultural studies, marketing, organization studies & general management as well as supply chain & operations management. The EMJ aims to present the latest thinking and research on major management topics in form of articles that meet high academic quality standards, while still being accessible to non-specialists.Interdisciplinary research and cross-functional issues are particularly favored. The Journal takes a broad view of business and management and encourages submissions from other disciplines if they contribute significantly to problems considered by managers and researchers.The EMJ is a peer-reviewed journal, with a "double-blind" procedure involving at least two reviewers.The EMJ publishes 6 issues a year. Most articles are full length research papers but Review Papers and Research Notes are welcome. Special Issues or groups of 3 or 4 papers (Management Focus) are published under the direction of Guest Editors. EMJ welcomes submissions up to 45 pages for full length research papers and 25 pages for research notes, including all tables, figures, references and appendices

Founded by the European Association for Sport Management, the Journal sets out to enhance our understanding of the role of sport management and sport bodies in social life and the way social, political and economic forces and practices affect these organizations. ESMQ covers all types of sport organization and examines public, voluntary and commercial sport bodies, both amateur and professional; businesses that produce sport-related commodities; and service organizations in the sport industry. ESMQ also explores how non-sporting bodies, such as the state, regulatory authorities, sponsors and so forth, affect the structure and processes of sport organizations. While the Journal welcomes papers with a European perspective, it has a broad geographic range and encourages comparative studies and articles with an international perspective. Purpose and Intent of the JournalEvaluation and Program Planning is based on the principle that the techniques and methods of evaluation and planning transcend the boundaries of specific fields and that relevant contributions to these areas come from people representing many different positions, intellectual traditions, and interests. In order to further the development of evaluation and planning, we publish articles from the private and public sectors in a wide range of areas: organizational development and behavior, training, planning, human resource development, health and mental, social services, mental retardation, corrections, substance abuse, and education. The primary goals of the journal are to assist evaluators and planners to improve the practice of their professions, to develop their skills and to improve their knowledge base.Types of Articles PublishedWe publish articles, "special issues" (usually a section of an issue), and book reviews. Articles are of two types: 1) reports on specific evaluation or planning efforts, and 2) dicussions of issues relevant to the conduct of evaluation and planning.Reports on individual evaluations should include presentation of the evaluation setting, design, analysis and results. Because of our focus and philosophy, however, we also want a specific section devoted to "lessons learned". This section should contain advice to other evaluators about how you would have acted differently if you could do it all over again. The advice may involve methodology, how the evaluation was implemented or conducted, evaluation utilization tactics, or any other wisdom that you think could benefit your colleagues. More general articles should provide information relevant to the evaluator/planner's work. This might include theories in evaluation, literature reviews, critiques of instruments, or discussions of fiscal, legislative, legal or ethical issues affecting evaluation or planning.Special issues are groups of articles which cover a particular topic in depth. They are organized by "special issue editors" who are willing to conceptualize the topic, find contributors, set up a quality control process, and deliver the material. Often several editors share responsibility for these tasks. Suggestions for special issues are encouraged.Book reviews cover any area of social science or public policy which may interest evaluators and planners. As with special issues, suggestions for books and book reviewers are encouraged.
