The Journal of Air Transport Management (JATM) sets out to address, through high quality research articles and authoritative commentary, the major economic, management and policy issues facing the air transport industry today. It offers practitioners and academics an international and dynamic forum for analysis and discussion of these issues, linking research and practice and stimulating interaction between the two.The refereed papers in the journal cover all the major sectors of the industry (airlines, airports, air traffic management) as well as related areas such as tourism management and logistics. Papers are blind reviewed, normally by two referees, chosen for their specialist knowledge. The journal provides independent, original and rigorous analysis in the areas of:• Policy, regulation and law• Strategy• Operations• Marketing• Economics and finance• SustainabilityPapers are welcomed covering key industry developments and trends, such as changes in government thinking towards air transport; evolving competitive environments and new industry structures; emerging and maturing markets and changing customer needs; sustainability and security challenges; and industry innovation and technological developments.In addition to normal papers, JATM also contains 'Notes' articles. These are short articles not exceeding 2500 words in length (including any references, footnotes, tables and figures). They should be self-contained papers, of either a theoretical or applied nature, that provide a stimulating approach to address a major and topical management or policy issue. They should not be review papers, indeed lengthy reviews of previous work should be avoided, and instead notes should succinctly address the topic in hand. The notes are subject to the normal blind refereeing process to maintain the high standards of the journal.

The Journal of Analytical Toxicology (JAT) is a peer-reviewed international publication devoted to the timely dissemination of scientific communications concerning the isolation, identification, and quantitation of drugs and other potentially toxic substances. Since its inception in 1977, JAT has striven to present state-of-the-art techniques that address current issues in toxicology.With an emphasis on practical application, JAT articles introduce improved and novel techniques for use in clinical, forensic, workplace, sports testing (doping), and other toxicology laboratories. Articles describe newly developed methods in immunoassay testing, gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, solid- and liquid-phase extraction techniques, as well as other analytical approaches.The methods published in JAT describe the chemical analysis of drugs of abuse, pharmaceuticals, industrial chemicals, environmental toxins, chemical weapons, and sports doping agents in biological samples. The methods are generally applicable to therapeutic drug monitoring, abused drugs, clinical and forensic toxicology, workplace exposure, chemical warfare, and sports doping.

The Journal of Applied Aquaculture is a platform for the sharing of practical information needed by researchers to meet the needs of investors, farm managers, extension agents and policy makers working to adapt aquaculture theory to achieve economic and food security objectives in the real world. The journal emphasizes multi-disciplinary research and case studies that propose financially and logistically viable solutions to observable problems. To make it more accessible to farmers and non-specialists in addition to professional aquaculture researchers, authors publishing in the Journal of Applied Aquaculture are requested to avoid basic research that has only downstream or marginal applicability to actual farming systems. Technical jargon should be kept to a minimum. Tables and figures that facilitate comprehension are encouraged. An economic and feasibility analysis should accompany any proposed technological innovation. Both original research and reviews will be considered. The scope of journal is wide and multidisciplinary that publishes original research papers, review articles, as well as conceptual, technical and methodological papers on all aspects of biological diversity-its description, analysis and conservation, and its application by humankind. The Journal of Atmospheric Chemistry is devoted to the study of the chemistry of the Earth's atmosphere, with particular emphasis on the region below about 100 km. The strongly interdisciplinary nature of atmospheric chemistry means that it embraces a great variety of sciences, but the journal concentrates on such topics as: Observational, interpretative and modeling studies of the composition of air and precipitation and the physiochemical processes in the Earth's atmosphere, excluding air pollution problems of local importance only; the role of the atmosphere in biogeochemical cycles; the chemical interaction of the oceans, land surface and biosphere with the atmosphere; laboratory studies of the mechanics in homogeneous and heterogeneous transformation processes in the atmosphere; descriptions of major advances in instrumentation developed for the measurement of atmospheric composition and chemical properties.

The Journal of Biochemical and Molecular Toxicology is an international journal that contains original research papers, rapid communications, mini-reviews, and book reviews, all focusing on the molecular mechanisms of action and detoxication of exogenous and endogenous chemicals and toxic agents. The scope includes effects on the organism at all stages of development, on organ systems, tissues, and cells as well as on enzymes, receptors, hormones, and genes. The biochemical and molecular aspects of uptake, transport, storage, excretion, lactivation and detoxication of drugs, agricultural, industrial and environmental chemicals, natural products and food additives are all subjects suitable for publication. Of particular interest are aspects of molecular biology related to biochemical toxicology. These include studies of the expression of genes related to detoxication and activation enzymes, toxicants with modes of action involving effects on nucleic acids, gene expression and protein synthesis, and the toxicity of products derived from biotechnology. Given the rapid development of the field of toxicology during the last few decades and the fundamental importance of biochemical mechanisms in all aspects of toxicology the Journal of Biochemical and Molecular Toxicology is of interest, not only to active investigators in the field but to many other scientists. These include other biochemists, molecular biologists, and toxicologists involved in industrial and contract research and testing laboratories, and those involved in legal and regulatory work related to toxic chemicals. The Journal of Biochemical and Molecular Toxicology is published bimonthly with one volume of 6 issues per calendar year.

Papers dealing with all aspects of spatial, ecological and historical biogeography are considered for publication in Journal of Biogeography. The mission of the journal is to contribute to the growth and societal relevance of the discipline of biogeography through its role in the dissemination of biogeographical research. To that end, the editorial policy is that the journal seeks to be representative of the discipline of biogeography, to be global in scope, and to be inclusive of major traditions and viewpoints within the discipline. Authors are particularly encouraged to submit concise, clearly written papers focused on precisely framed questions or hypotheses of broad interest to the wide international readership of the journal. The journal has become and will remain a key forum for research on the ecology of biological invasions. The adoption, in 2005, of the subtitle A Journal of Conservation Biogeography recognises the need for a journal whose primary mission is to focus on the application of biogeographical theories and methods to conservation problems at scales from landscape up to the global. The journal was launched in 1998 and is published in six issues a year.

Journal of Biological Dynamics publishes state of the art papers dealing with the analysis of dynamic models that arise from biological processes. The Journal focuses on dynamic phenomena at scales ranging from the level of individual organisms to that of populations, communities, and ecosystems in the fields of ecology and evolutionary biology, population dynamics, epidemiology, immunology, environmental science, and animal behavior. Papers in other areas are acceptable at the editors' discretion. Journal of Chemical Ecology is devoted to promoting an ecological understanding of the origin, function, and significance of natural chemicals that mediate interactions within and between organisms. Such relationships, often adaptively important, comprise the oldest of communication systems in terrestrial and aquatic environments. The strong interdisciplinary association that has developed between chemists and biologists has accelerated our understanding of these interactions in nature. Scientific contributions, including review articles, original research papers, rapid communications, and Letters to the Editor are welcome from either members or nonmembers of the International Society of Chemical Ecology.
