Classical Receptions Journal covers all aspects of the reception of the texts and material culture of ancient Greece and Rome from antiquity to the present day. It aims to explore the relationships between transmission, interpretation, translation, transplantation, rewriting, redesigning and rethinking of Greek and Roman material in other contexts and cultures. It addresses the implications both for the receiving contexts and for the ancient, and compares different types of linguistic, textual and ideological interactions.

Since 1992 Common Knowledge has opened lines of communication among schools of thought in the academy, as well as between the academy and the community of thoughtful people outside its walls. Common Knowledge has formed a new intellectual model, one based on conversation and cooperation rather than on metaphors (adopted from war and sports) of "sides" that one must "take." The pages of Common Knowledge regularly challenge the ways we think about scholarship and its relevance to humanity.

Communication and Critical/Cultural Studies is a journal founded in 2004 that publishes scholarship for an international readership on communication as a theory, practice, technology, and discipline of power. The journal features critical inquiry that cuts across academic boundaries to focus on social, political, and cultural practices from the standpoint of communication. It promotes critical reflection on the requirements of a more democratic culture by giving attention to subjects such as, but not limited to, class, race, ethnicity, gender, ability, sexuality, polity, public sphere, nation, environment, and globalization. Essays are selected as academically sound, rhetorically self-reflexive, intellectually innovative, and conceptually relevant to democratic concerns in their orientation toward communication and culture. Collectively, they analyze historical contexts, material and economic conditions, institutional settings, political initiatives, practices of resistance, and/or the theoretical significance of discursive formations in everyday life. In addition to research essays, CCCS publishes occasional reviews of major new books. Comparative Critical Studies covers literary theory and criticism; comparative and cultural studies; and interdisciplinary debate. It includes major plenary lectures given at BCLA conferences by well known speakers, commissioned articles relating to given themes, some creative writing, translations (including the winning entries in the annual BCLA/BCLT translation competition), discussions of translation, essay reviews, and special bibliographies on the theme for the year, or on individual writers.

Comparative Literature Studies publishes comparative articles in literature and culture, critical theory, and cultural and literary relations within and beyond the Western tradition. It brings you the work of eminent critics, scholars, theorists, and literary historians, whose essays range across the rich traditions of Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. One of its regular issues every two years concerns East-West literary and cultural relations and is edited in conjunction with members of the College of International Relations at Nihon University. Each issue includes reviews of significant books by prominent comparatists.

For some time, and particularly since 11 September 2001, there has been a vacuum in discourse between the West and the Arab world. Contemporary Arab Affairs seeks to publish work by specialists, policy experts and scholars from the region itself and the international community. Contemporary Family Therapy: An International Journal (COFT) is a quarterly, peer-reviewed publication that presents the latest developments in practice, theory, research, and training in family and couple therapy.   Embracing international and multidisciplinary perspectives, COFT publishes applied and basic research with implications for theory, treatment, and policy. The overall goal is to understand couple and family functioning within their broader social contexts and throughout a multiplicity of forms.  The journal’s content is relevant to family practitioners, educators, marriage and family therapists, family psychologists, clinical social workers, researchers, and social policy specialists.

An established journal of reference inviting all critical approaches on the latest debates and issues in the field, Contemporary French & Francophone Studies (formerly known as SITES) provides a forum not only for academics, but for novelists, poets, artists, journalists, and filmmakers as well. In addition to its focus on French and Francophone studies, one of the journal' primary objectives is to reflect the interdisciplinary direction taken by the field and by the humanities and the arts in general.Contemporary French & Francophone Studies is published five times per year, with four issues devoted to particular themes, and a fifth issue, "The Open Issue" welcoming non-thematic contributions.
