The Journal of Public Health Dentistry is devoted to the advancement of public health dentistry through the exploration of related research, practice, and policy developments. Three main types of articles are published: original research articles that provide a significant contribution to knowledge in the breadth of dental public health, including oral epidemiology, dental health services, the behavioral sciences, and the public health practice areas of assessment, policy development, and assurance; methods articles that report the development and testing of new approaches to research design, data collection and analysis, or the delivery of public health services; and review articles that synthesize previous research in the discipline and provide guidance to others conducting research as well as to policy makers, managers, and other dental public health practitioners.

The Journal of the World Federation of Orthodontists (JWFO) is a unique publication dedicated to presenting the results of scientific research from orthodontics and related fields. In addition, it provides a forum in which to discuss this scientific research and so provide for each and every article its maximum possible impact. molecular oral microbiology publishes high quality research papers and reviews on fundamental or applied molecular studies of microorganisms of the oral cavity and respiratory tract, host-microbe interactions, cellular microbiology, molecular ecology, and immunological studies of oral and respiratory tract infections.Papers describing work in virology, or in immunology unrelated to microbial colonization or infection, will not be acceptable.

The Journal Odontology covers all disciplines involved in the fields of dentistry and craniofacial research, including molecular studies related to oral health and disease. Peer-reviewed articles cover topics ranging from research on human dental pulp, to comparisons of analgesics in surgery, to analysis of biofilm properties of dental plaque. Odontology is the official Journal of the Society of the Nippon Dental University.

The journal will focus on the development and use of operations research techniques in health and health care. We will publish high-quality operations research approaches to problems in health care from OR researchers and practitioners. Emphasis will be given to those areas in which significant advances are being made.Short Communications: Short communications of OR in practice, describing the use and evaluation of OR approaches by decision makers within government, health care and charitable sectors. The focus should be on challenges faced, the impact of the work, and lessons learned.The journal will also publish a series of invited short communications aimed at clinicians, managers and decision makers working in health. Oral Diseases is a multidisciplinary and international journal with a focus on head and neck disorders. This includes the basic sciences, well designed and controlled clinical research and analytical epidemiology. The essential requirement is that all research is hypothesis-driven. Equal emphasis will be placed on aetiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, prevention and treatment. Oral Diseases publishes bimonthly.

Oral Health & Preventive Dentistry is a quarterly journal conveying scientific progress to clinicians, general practitioners, teachers, researchers and public health administrators in the field of oral health and prevention of caries, periodontal diseases, oral mucosal diseases and dental trauma. It includes oral hygiene, oral epidemiology, oral health promotion and public health aspects as central topics of the scope.

The journal Oral Radiology offers a forum for international collaboration in diagnostic imaging of the head and neck, and all related fields. The coverage features cutting-edge research papers, review articles, case reports, and technical notes from both the clinical and experimental fields. The contributors to the journal include researchers and clinicians worldwide. Oral Radiology is the official English-language journal of the Japanese Society for Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology.
