Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies (JLOS), peer-reviewed and published quarterly, seeks to advance the theory, research and practice of all aspects of leadership and organizations. Research results are preferred, but theoretical contributions and new applications are also appropriate. Although leadership topics are emphasized, any area of interest in organizational behavior, human resource management, strategy, international management, or entrepreneurship is also encouraged.

Journal of Management Control (JoMaC) is an international journal concerned with the formal, information-based routines and procedures managers use to maintain or alter patterns in organizational activities. Particular emphasis is placed on operational and strategic planning and control systems and the processes and techniques. 
JoMaC was founded as the 'Zeitschrift für Planung und Unternehmenssteuerung' in 1990 and has a strong reputation as a dedicated academic journal open to high-quality research on all aspects of management control. 

The journal covers such topics as: the role of management control systems in the management of companies and non-profit organizations: the design and use of planning systems for production, marketing, logistics and other fields of use: the interaction between strategic and operational aspects of management control: the role of management accountants and other internal and external service providers, such as financial accountants, auditors and consultants: change and the sustainability of management control systems.  

Journal of Management Control especially welcomes empirical and analytical papers reflecting both methodological rigor and practical relevance that make a significant contribution to literature. The journal is interested in literature reviews and meta-analyses showcasing and promoting current academic research. The Journal of Managerial Psychology (JMP) has a unique focus on the psychological and social understanding and impact of management in organizations.

Manufacturing is undergoing major transformation due to the unforeseen challenges arising from the current trend of miniaturization, the emergence of new materials and the growing interaction between biologists and engineers to learn more from nature and living objects.Traditionally, a "top-down" approach has been used in manufacturing. Recently, engineers and scientists have begun exploring "bottom-up" approaches for manufacturing today's highly complex products. The Journal of Mixed Methods Research (MMR) is an innovative, quarterly, interdisciplinary, international publication that focuses on empirical, methodological, and theoretical articles about mixed methods research across the social, behavioral, health, and human sciences. The journal's scope includes delineating where mixed methods research may be used most effectively, illuminating design and procedure issues, and determining the logistics of conducting mixed methods research.

The Journal of Optimization Theory and Applications publishes carefully selected papers covering mathematical optimization techniques and their applications to science and engineering. Typical theoretical areas covered in the journal include linear, nonlinear, mathematical, and dynamic programming.
