Pediatric and Developmental Pathology is the premier journal dealing with the pathology of disease from conception through adolescence. It covers the spectrum of disorders developing in-utero (including embryology, placentology, and teratology), gestational and perinatal diseases, and all diseases of childhood.

PEDIATRICS is an official peer-reviewed journal of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In the inaugural January 1948 issue of PEDIATRICS, the editor, Hugh McCulloch, articulated the journal's vision: "The content of the journal is... intended to encompass the needs of the whole child in his physiologic, mental, emotional, and social structure. The single word, PEDIATRICS, has been chosen to indicate this catholic intent." PEDIATRICS continues this legacy, publishing original research, clinical observations, and special feature articles in the field of pediatrics, as broadly defined. Contributions pertinent to pediatrics are also included from related fields such as nutrition, surgery, dentistry, public health, child health services, human genetics, basic sciences, psychology, psychiatry, education, sociology, and nursing.PEDIATRICS serves authors and readers of the general medical profession as well as pediatricians. Formerly Acta Paediatrica Japonica, the change in name in 1999 to Pediatrics International, reflects the Journal's international status both in readership and contributions (approximately 45% of articles published are from non-Japanese authors). The Editors continue their strong commitment to the sharing of scientific information for the benefit of children everywhere. Pediatrics International opens the door to all authors throughout the world. Manuscripts are judged by two experts solely upon the basis of their contribution of original data, original ideas and their presentation.

Pediatrics and Neonatology (previously Acta Paediatrica Taiwanica) is the official peer-reviewed publication of the Taiwan Pediatric Association and The Society of Neonatology Taiwan. Having merged with Clinical Neonatology, Pediatrics and Neonatology will continue to be a forum for the presentation of new findings and new insights in these fields, as well as for the continuing education of practitioners and physicians for excellence in clinical and academic pediatrics and neonatology. It is published bimonthly by Elsevier and is indexed in EMBASE, MEDLINE, SCIE, SCOPUS, and SIIC Data Bases.
