International Journal of Fatigue covers the full range of scientific and technological issues associated with fatigue. The scope of the journal includes the spectrum of characterization, testing, and modeling of degradation processes under cyclic loading, commonly referred to as fatigue. This includes compromise of functionality with cycling, in addition to formation of cracks and other damage phenomena. Phenomena of interest range from the atomic level to engineering structures or devices, including all classes of materials and material systems.
