Blood is a weekly medical journal published by the American Society of Hematology. It was founded by Dr. William Dameshek, the researcher credited with describing the concept of myeloproliferative diseases and participating in the first studies of nitrogen mustard in various blood malignancies, in 1946, and has since been in continuous publication.With 1,364 articles published annually, an impact factor of 10.555, and an Immediacy Index of 2.209, Blood is the most cited peer-reviewed publication in the field. Cell Biochemistry and Function is a print and online journal that publishes original research articles and reviews on the mechanisms whereby molecular and biochemical processes control cellular activity with a particular emphasis on the integration of molecular and cell biology, biochemistry and physiology in the regulation of tissue function in health and disease. Since its founding in 1996, at the University of Wroclaw, Poland, Cellular & Molecular Biology Letters has served as an international journal: a vehicle for the publication of research and review articles on achievements in cell and molecular biology, and related disciplines. The journal offers research articles and short communications, as well as mini-reviews and review articles on recent advances of interest to its readership.

Channels is the first international peer-reviewed journal to focus exclusively on all aspects of ion channel and ion transporter/exchanger function. This includes papers on biophysics, structure, molecular biology, structure-function analysis, and regulation of channels and ion transport proteins, as well as their roles in health and disease.
