Douleur et Analgésie, première revue internationale francophone consacrée à la douleur, a été créée en 1988. De par la qualité scientifique et l'indépendance de ses publications, ce trimestriel a reçu d'emblée un accueil favorable auprès des chercheurs et cliniciens spécialisés dans le domaine. Á l'occasion de la reprise de la revue en 2006 par les Éditions Springer, le comité éditorial a souhaité s'ouvrir davantage à la francophonie, y compris nord américaine, pour mieux partager les connaissances et renforcer la valeur scientifique de la revue. Cela s'est traduit par des comités de rédaction et scientifiques plus étoffés et plus représentatifs de la complexité bio-psycho-sociale de la douleur. Egyptian Journal of Anaesthesia is the official journal of the Society of Egyptian Anesthesiologists. The journal is published quarterly (one volume per year beginning in January) by the Society of Egyptian Anesthesiologists. The contents of this journal are organized by the Society of Egyptian Anesthesiologists. The journal is a peer reviewed journal and is a multi-disciplinary journal in the field of Anaesthesiology, Intensive Care Medicine and Resuscitation and will address the modern achievements in this field. The contributions are from all over the world. The journal publishes original papers, CME articles, case reports and briefs.

The European Journal of Anaesthesiology (EJA) publishes original work of high scientific quality. Preference is given to experimental work or clinical observation in man, and to laboratory work of clinical relevance. The journal also publishes commissioned narrative reviews by an authority in a field of interest to those working in anaesthesiology, pain, emergency medicine or intensive care. The European Journal of Pain is an international multidisciplinary journal that aims to become a global forum on all major aspects of pain and its management. The journal differs from existing pain journals in its clinical and educational emphasis. Submissions from all over the world are welcome. The Journal of Acupuncture and Meridian Studies is a bimonthly, peer-reviewed journal featuring high-quality studies related to basic and clinical acupuncture and meridian research. It includes new paradigm of integrative research, covering East and West and traditional and modern medicine. The journal also covers areas of integrative biomedical research and health science in general and other modalities. The subjects for the journal include researches on anatomy and functions of meridians, basic and clinical researches on acupressure, electroacupuncture, laser acupuncture, pharmacopuncture (herbal acupuncture, acupoint injection), veterinary acupuncture, and related animal studies. The Journal of Anesthesia is the official journal of the Japanese Society of Anesthesiologists. This journal publishes original articles, review articles, special articles, clinical reports, short communications, letters to the editor, and book and multimedia reviews. The editors welcome the submission of manuscripts devoted to anesthesia and related topics from any country of the world. Membership in the Society is not a prerequisite.
