Genomics is a forum for describing the development of genome-scale technologies and their application to all areas of biological investigation.As a journal that has evolved with the field that carries its name, Genomics focuses on the development and application of cutting-edge methods, addressing fundamental questions with potential interest to a wide audience. Our aim is to publish the highest quality research and to provide authors with rapid, fair and accurate review and publication of manuscripts falling within our scope. Topics within the scope of Genomics include, but are not limited to:• Genomics including genome projects, genome sequencing, and genomic technologies and novel strategies.• Functional genomics including transcriptional profiling, mRNA analysis, microRNA analysis, and analysis of noncoding and other RNAs using established and newly-emerging technologies (such as digital gene expression).• Evolutionary and comparative genomics, including phylogenomics• Genomic technology and methodology development, with a focus on new and exciting applications with potential for significant impact in the field and emerging technologies• Computational biology, bioinformatics and biostatistics, including integrative methods, network biology, and the development of novel tools and techniques• Modern genetics on a genomic scale, including complex gene studies, population genomics, association studies, structural variation, and gene-environment interactions• Epigenomics, including DNA methylation, histone modification, chromatin structure, imprinting, and chromatin remodeling• Genomic regulatory analysis, including DNA elements, locus control regions, insulators, enhancers, silencers, and mechanisms of gene regulation• Genomic approaches to understanding the mechanism of disease pathogenesis and its relationship to genetic factors, including meta-genomic and the mode and tempo of gene and genome sequence evolution.• Medical Genomics, Personal Genomics, and other applications to human health• Application of Genomic techniques in model organisms that may be of interest to a wide audience.Genomics primarily publishes original research articles but also welcomes proposals for full-length and mini reviews. All submissions to Genomics are subject to rigorous peer review and our goal is to accept only the top 25-30% of submitted manuscripts. The goals of Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics (GPB) are to disseminate new frontiers of its focused research fields, to publish high-quality discoveries in a fast-pace, and to promote open access and prompt online publication for efficient publishing.GPB ' s publishes high-quality papers from the frontier research in the fields of genomics, proteomics, and bioinformatics. GENUS - Journal of Population Sciences - is an open access peer-reviewed journal published by Springer on behalf of the Sapienza University of Rome. Founded in 1934 by Corrado Gini, GENUS has adopted an interdisciplinary approach to population studies. It has an interdisciplinary focus by publishing articles of “pure” demography and articles aiming to further a better knowledge of the interrelationship between demography and biological, social and economic phenomena, connected with the evolution of the population. These have spanned not only pure demography but also anthropology and anthropometric, sociology and psychology, biology and genetics. In keeping with the times -and particularly from 1965 under Nora Federici, and from 1993 under Antonio Golini as directors – an increasing number of articles have been published on general population theories, population dynamics and mathematical demography. GENUS has always tried to promote open dialogue across cultural, ideological and at times theoretical walls in the attempt to understand the complexities underlying population issues.

Geo-Bio Interfaces is an official journal of the Mineralogical Society. It aims to answer fundamental and emerging questions in geoscience and bioscience, by exploring contemporary scientific disciplines and the interconnection between them.
The journal covers four primary spheres of academic interest that intersect with the geo- and biosciences: biological (including but not limited to microbial systems), environmental, geochemical (organic and inorganic), and energy and resources. Original submissions describing fundamental, theoretical, experimental, or applied interdisciplinary studies pertaining to any spatial or temporal scale are considered for publication. Geo-Marine Letters is an international peer-reviewed journal which offers rapid publication of concise original studies and reviews dealing with processes, products and techniques in marine geology, geophysics, and geochemistry. Geo-spatial Information Science seeks to publish original research papers in surveying and mapping subjects, and related areas such as: GIS, GPS, RS, cartography, geodynamic modeling, geo-surveying, photogrammetry, graphics, physical geo-surveying, engineering surveying, and mapping apparatus. The journal aims to disseminate its original research material throughout China and the international scientific community.
