The International Review of Intellectual Property and Competition Law (IIC), tracks worldwide developments in intellectual property and competition law, presenting the finest academic research in these fields from a European legal perspective.  Our scholarly emphasis concentrates on disseminating and expanding upon the European approach to law. Our goal is to set ourselves apart from other (esp. several US) publications. To this end we focus on two specific aims:(1)   The most significant legal developments from around the world (including, in particular, Asia), are taken up and considered within the European context. These developments are presented in a manner that is understandable not only to a European audience, but also to US and Japanese readers.(2)   Current legal developments occurring in Europe are examined in such a way that the non-European reader can appreciate their significance.IIC offers a platform for opposing ideas, providing for rich debate on a host of current IP and competition law topics.The value of IIC for European specialists, going beyond other “European” journals, rests in our treatment of non-European topics combined with our illuminating analyses of European legal developments as seen within a global legal context.For non-European specialists, IIC is the medium of choice as it explores developments extending beyond strictly European legal issues (i.e. developments in Asia, India, the Near East, Africa, Latin and North America), while at the same time conveying a European viewpoint on these events. In this respect, the target readership comprises those (including Americans and Asians) interested in more than merely legal developments in the USA.We make no compromises with regard to the scholarly nature of the journal. This commitment is the aspect that separates IIC from a host of other journals on the topic. However, the communication of our content consistently maintains a, reference to practice. Thus, it is not the average lawyer who is targeted, but the specialist who has an interest in scholarly debate.IIC’s central feature is high-quality articles with a firm theoretical foundation submitted from experts around the world. IIC also prints reports and opinions on IP and competition law events and issues occurring around the globe. In addition, we translate and publish the most important decisions from jurisdictions worldwide (including non-mainstream jurisdictions), providing our readers with a unique service found almost nowhere else.Finally, IIC looks back on a more than 40-year history of publication. Each volume builds on this tradition of academic excellence. As the flagship journal of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, IIE Transactions publishes original high-quality papers on a wide range of topics of interest to industrial engineers who want to remain current with the state-of-the-art technologies. The refereed journal aims to foster the engineering community by publishing papers with a strong methodological focus motivated by real problems that impact engineering practice and research. Published monthly, the journal is composed of four focus issues: Design and Manufacturing, Operations Engineering and Analysis, Quality and Reliability Engineering, and Scheduling and Logistics. IIE Transactions encourages research motivated by critical and complex engineering problems that arise in a wide variety of domains including service, public policy, health care, security, biotechnology, transportation, and others. The journal publishes papers that integrate industrial engineering with other disciplines including statistics, other engineering disciplines, computer science, biological science, and operations research. IIE Transactions on Healthcare Systems Engineering, an official journal of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, publishes original high-quality papers on healthcare related topics of interest to researchers who want to remain current with cutting edge approaches to healthcare problems. The refereed journal aims to foster the healthcare systems community by publishing papers that have a strong methodological focus and direct applicability to healthcare systems. Published quarterly, the journal is composed of six departments: Healthcare Operations Management, Medical Decision Making, Socio-Technical Systems Analysis, Quality Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, and Healthcare Policy.    

IIE Transactions on Healthcare Systems Engineering encourages research motivated by the challenging problems related to healthcare systems. The journal publishes papers that document the development and use of industrial and systems engineering tools and techniques including operations research, statistics, information systems, work measurement, and human factors/ergonomics applied to healthcare systems. The integration of these tools and techniques with those from other engineering and medical disciplines are also featured. Review papers and articles covering new methodologies, state-of-the-art surveys, technical notes, and book reviews are also included within the scope of the journal.  

IIE TOEHF  is devoted to compiling and disseminating knowledge on occupational ergonomics and human factors theory, technology, application, and practice, across diverse areas and using a variety of approaches. Papers will cover a wide range of topics including, but not limited to the major domains of physical, cognitive, and organizational ergonomics and human factors. Multidisciplinary investigations are particularly encouraged, and the journal welcomes a variety of submissions, including those that are analytical, experimental, applications, or viewpoints. Submissions from practitioners are also strongly encouraged (e.g., case reports, emerging issues, applications, and letters to the editor).

IIM Ranchi Journal of Management Studies is an academic, peer reviewed journal publishing research on all aspects of management. Published open access by Emerald on behalf of the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi.

IIMB Management Review (IMR) is a quarterly journal brought out by the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Addressed to management practitioners, researchers and academics, IMR aims to engage rigorously with practices, concepts and ideas in the field of management, with an emphasis on providing managerial insights, in a reader friendly format. To this end IMR invites manuscripts that provide novel managerial insights in any of the core business functions. The manuscript should be rigorous, that is, the findings should be supported by either empirical data or a well-justified theoretical model, and well written. While these two requirements are necessary for acceptance, they do not guarantee acceptance. The sole criterion for publication is contribution to the extant management literature.Although all manuscripts are welcome, our special emphasis is on papers that focus on emerging economies throughout the world. Such papers may either improve our understanding of markets in such economies through novel analyses or build models by taking into account the special characteristics of such economies to provide guidance to managers.Full-length research articles (up to 8,000 words) on all the business functions, aspects of policy and management pedagogy form the core of the journal; at present focussed discussion and interview papers, and book reviews are also featured.IMR is a peer-reviewed journal and follows a 'double blind' review process. All papers submitted to IMR go through a preliminary review at the editorial desk and those considered appropriate are sent to an Associate Editor. On the recommendation of the Associate Editor, the article may be rejected or assigned to two reviewers from the editorial board.

The IIMBG Journal of Sustainable Business and Innovation (IJSBI) is owned by the Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya, which is founded with the objective of providing relevant policy/research/societal implications on Business Innovations and Business Management which includes economics and finance, marketing, human resource, organizational behavior, IT, operation, data analytics, entrepreneurship. The journal also welcomes papers in the area of mindfulness, happiness, and sustainability on business and mankind.

IIMT Journal of Management is a biannual, peer-reviewed, international academic journal, published by Emerald, on behalf of the Indian Institute of Management, Trichy. It is an open-access journal that publishes research and review papers in all disciplines of management studies.

Articles must be authentic, educational, clinically relevant, and original in their content and scientific approach.

IJC Heart & Vasculature requires the highest standards of scientific integrity in order to promote reliable, reproducible and verifiable research findings. All authors are advised to consult the Principles of Ethical Publishing in the International Journal of Cardiology before submitting a manuscript. Submission of a manuscript to this journal gives the publisher the right to publish that paper if it is accepted. Manuscripts may be edited to improve clarity and expression.
