The International Commission on Radiological Protection was founded in 1928 to advance for the public benefit the science of radiological protection. The ICRP provides recommendations and guidance on protection against the risks associated with ionising radiation, from artificial sources as widely used in medicine, general industry and nuclear enterprises, and from naturally occurring sources. These reports and recommendations are published six times each year on behalf of the ICRP as the journal Annals of the ICRP. Each issue provides in-depth coverage of a specific subject area.Subscribers to the journal receive each new report as soon as it appears so that they are kept up to date on the latest developments in this important field. While many subscribers prefer to acquire a complete set of ICRP reports and recommendations, single issues of the journal are also available separately for those individuals and organisations needing a single report covering their field of interest. Annals of the Institute of Statistical Mathematics (AISM) provides an international forum for communication among statisticians and research workers. The journal seeks to advance the field of statistics, enabling people to better manage and cope with uncertainties. It focuses on findings that have the potential to significantly enhance the practice of statistics. AISM features high quality papers across the broad spectrum of statistics. In particular, the journal emphasizes papers that (a) establish new application areas, (b) present new procedures and algorithms, (c) develop unifying theories, (d) analyze and improve existing procedures and theories, and (e) communicate empirical findings supported by real data. The Annals of the International Communication Association is a peer-reviewed quarterly journal publishing state-of-the-discipline literature reviews and essays, including: descriptive reviews; meta-analyses; and theoretical essays.

Submissions to the Annals are broadly defined as follows:

• Reviews – retrospective reviews, helping readers understand the development of current knowledge within the discipline over a defined period in the past, or prescriptive reviews, creating a roadmap for future direction of research on communication
• Communication Insights – examining a set of predetermined topics that provide a degree of continuity across the years and indicate how a specific research topic has developed. A set of predetermined topics will rotate over five year periods
• Book Reviews – reviewing a set of recently published books that focus on a central theme within the discipline.  The goal of the Annals book reviews is to provide a critical review and synthesis of published books. The Editor encourages authors from non-English language speaking countries to consider submitting topical reviews of books not available in the English language in order to increase the reach of communication studies research globally.

The Annals is both international and interdisciplinary in scope, with authors and chapters representing the broad global interests of the International Communication Association.  All submissions will be subject to initial editor screening and subsequent peer review as necessary.

The Annals will continue the traditions established in Communication Yearbook providing an updated context for key research from across the Association.

Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases (ARD) is an international peer review journal committed to promoting the highest standards of scientific exchange and education. It covers all aspects of rheumatology, which includes the spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions, arthritic disease, and connective tissue disorders. ARD publishes basic, clinical, and translational scientific research. Concise scientific communication is encouraged and peer reviewed proceedings of international meetings are featured. Educational papers include state of the art reviews, "how to" articles and educational cases that focus on problems faced in clinical practice. The journal was first published in 1939 and has an authorative global Editorial Board and a growing international readership.
