ISSN: 1463-9076eISSN: 1463-9084
JUFO Level 3

Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics (PCCP) is an international journal co-owned by 19 physical chemistry and physics societies from around the world. This journal publishes original, cutting-edge research in physical chemistry, chemical physics and biophysical chemistry. To be suitable for publication in PCCP, articles must include significant innovation and/or insight into physical chemistry; this is the most important criterion that reviewers and Editors will judge against when evaluating submissions. The journal has a broad scope and welcomes contributions spanning experiment, theory, computation and data science. Articles are welcomed if they demonstrate significant innovation and/or insight into physical chemistry. Joined experimental/theoretical studies are particularly appreciated when complementary and based on up-to-date approaches. Topical coverage includes: • Spectroscopy • Dynamics • Kinetics • Statistical mechanics • Thermodynamics • Electrochemistry • Catalysis • Surface science • Quantum mechanics • Quantum computing • Machine learning • Polymers and soft matter • Materials • Quantum Materials • Nanoscience • Energy • Surfaces/interfaces • Biophysical chemistry • Atmospheric Chemistry • Astrochemistry

Physics and Chemistry of Liquids

ISSN: 0031-9104eISSN: 1029-0451
JUFO Level 1

Physics and Chemistry of Liquids publishes experimental and theoretical papers aimed at furthering the understanding of the liquid state. The coverage embraces the whole spectrum of liquids, from simple monatomic liquids and their mixtures, through charged liquids (e.g. ionic metals, liquid metals and their alloys, ions in aqueous solution, and metal-electrolyte systems) to molecular liquids of all kinds. It also covers quantum fluids and superfluids, such as Fermi and non-Fermi liquids, superconductors, Bose-Einstein condensates, correlated electron or spin assemblies. An important aim of the journal is to provide a medium for the publication of interdisciplinary papers on liquids. All papers submitted to Physics and Chemistry of Liquids are subjected to peer review.DisclaimerTaylor & Francis makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all the information (the "Content") contained in its publications. Polyhedron

ISSN: 0277-5387eISSN: 1873-3719
JUFO Level 1

Polyhedron publishes original, fundamental, experimental and theoretical work of the highest quality in all the major areas of inorganic chemistry. This includes synthetic chemistry, coordination chemistry, organometallic chemistry, bioinorganic chemistry, and solid-state and materials chemistry. Papers should be significant pieces of work, and all new compounds must be appropriately characterized. The inclusion of single-crystal X-ray structural data is strongly encouraged, but papers reporting only the X-ray structure determination of a single compound will usually not be considered. Papers on solid-state or materials chemistry will be expected to have a significant molecular chemistry component, such as the synthesis and characterization of the molecular precursors and/or a systematic study of the use of different precursors or reaction conditions.Polyhedron publishes full papers, specially commissioned review articles (Polyhedron Reports) and themed issues of the journal (Polyhedron Symposia-in-Print). Polyhedron does not publish communications or notes.

Progress in Solid State Chemistry

ISSN: 0079-6786eISSN: 1873-1643
JUFO Level 1

Progress in Solid State Chemistry presents a chemical view of the solid state by providing up-to-date critical reviews written by acknowledged authorities in the field. It also publishes surveys of research progress and specialized articles devoted to summarizing particular recent developments. The aim is to address the need brought about by the literature on the chemistry of the solid state being widely dispersed, making it difficult to obtain a broad and unified assessment of the present state of knowledge. Special emphasis is given to relating physical properties and structural chemistry. Whereas structural chemistry at one time was concerned mostly with perfect solids, most activity focused upon understanding of solid properties focuses on imperfections. Entities such as vacancies, dislocations, and positive holes, which have no independent existence outside the solid itself, are of prime importance in modern solid state chemistry. The reviews published in Progress in Solid State Chemistry emphasize critical evaluation of the field, along with indications of current problems and future directions. Papers are not intended to be bibliographic in nature but rather to inform a broad range of readers in an inherently multidisciplinary field by providing expert treatises oriented both towards specialists in different areas of the solid state and towards nonspecialists. The authorship is international, and the subject matter will be of interest to chemists, materials scientists, physicists, metallurgists, crystallographers, ceramists, and engineers interested in the solid state.Benefits to authorsWe also provide many author benefits, such as free PDFs, a liberal copyright policy, special discounts on Elsevier publications and much more.
